Homemade Organic Raw Almond Butter

Simple, Quick and Easy!

Items and Ingredients:

-Food Processor with sharp blade

-3 cups Raw Organic Almonds, for large food processor

(Yes really, that’s it!!!)

—-Ready? Let’s go!—-

1. Load food processor with Raw Organic Almonds

2. Blend 2 minutes or until the sides start to stick (first 30 seconds will be LOUD!)

3. Remove lid and scrape down sides

4. Blend 1-2 minutes or until the sides start to stick

5. Remove lid and scrape down sides

6.REPEAT the Blend and Scrape cycle above until the almonds start to get creamy. This can take up to 10-15 minutes of blending and scraping to release the natural oils in the almonds before it becomes creamy.

Note: BE PATIENT, it only looks like it needs oil. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING until after it is done or it will ruin it. I can’t stress this enough!

7. Once the Almonds become creamy continue to blend for desired consistency. I usually blend mine up a few minutes until it is super smooth!

8. Use a spatula to scrape your fabulous Raw Organic Almond Butter into a GLASS JAR with METAL LID (no plastic!). Raw Organic Almond Butter will store and stay smooth for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator, if it lasts that long!

You’re done!

You can eat it up OR hand stir in some extra goodness if you like!
