Items and Ingredients:

-Breville or other high quality Juicer

-3 medium Raw Organic Carrots

-1 large Raw Organic Lemon, peeled

-2 large Raw Organic leaves of Swiss Chard

-1 large handful Raw Organic Parsley

-2 stalks Raw Organic Celery

-1 small head Raw Organic Red Lettuce, separated

-1 large Raw Organic Red Apple, sliced with seeds removed

-3 handfuls Raw Organic Spinach

-Quart Mason Jar with Metal Lid


-Wash ALL produce in pure/filtered water prior to juicing

-Juice all ingredients

-Run juice pulp through a 2nd or 3rd time to remove all moisture. You’ll be amazed at the amount of juice you can still get out of the pulp.

Makes up to 32+ oz.

-Pour juice into a GLASS mason jar and enjoy!

If you plan to take this on the go, ALWAYS use a GLASS jar with METAL sealing lid. No plastic!
