Make your own Gluten FREE Flour and Baking Mix

This is a great healthy and basic flour/baking mix to use for all of your baking needs.

As always try to use all organic ingredients when possible.

Gluten FREE Flour and Baking Mix

- 4 cups Brown Rice Flour, extra fine

Note: You can save money and make your own Organic Brown Rice Flour by grinding Organic Brown Rice grains in a high-powered mixer or blender that can crack grain, Vitamix works. Make sure to blend it very fine for the best consistency. Authentic Foods brand makes fine Brown Rice Flour if you prefer not to make your own.

- 1 1/3 Cups Organic GF Potato Starch

Note: Use Potato Starch, not Potato Flour

- 2/3 Cup Organic GF Tapioca Flour/Starch

Note: Tapioca Flour and Starch equal the same thing

- Makes 6 cups

Note: Make a double batch and store it for when you need it

Directions:

  1. Measure all ingredients.
  2. Combine in a large mixing bowl or sealable bag and mix them evenly.
  3. Store in a sealable container in the freezer or refrigerator for future use.
