-CANCELATION POLICY-

-All cancelations require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule without charge. All cancelations must be made by phone or email please.

-Any cancelations within less than 24 hours notice will owe the FULL PAYMENT AMOUNT for the session. Payment must be arranged within 1 day of canceled session and must be paid in full prior to receiving the next session.

NOTE: Severe dangerous weather and/or sudden emergency or sudden illness outside of your immediate control are exceptions, A phone call is necessary.

-NO SHOW POLICY-

-Any “No Shows” will owe the FULL PAYMENT AMOUNT for the session. Payment must be arranged within 1 day of missed session and must be paid in full prior to receiving the next session.

-SERVICE PACKAGES-

-Packages offered for all services are for individual use only and can not be shared or split with family/friends, gifted or otherwise.

-All packages must be used within the time frame designated by each service package.

-Package services that go un-used for a period of 1 year or longer will be voided without refund unless otherwise agreed upon with written contract between Health is Wealth-IHS and client prior to the service package deadline. Exceptions and refunds are on an individual basis depending on circumstances agreed to between Health is Wealth-IHS and client.

-LATE PAYMENT-

-Any payments for service received that have gone unpaid for 2 weeks or longer, with weekly effort made by Health is Wealth-IHS to contact the client, will owe a late payment fee of $35. This fee will increase by $10 weekly until payment is received. Any exceptions will be on an individual basis dependent on circumstances, agreed on between Health is Wealth-IHS and client.

-OTHER-

-Please try to be clean and showered before each session. This will make the work easier on both of us and help keep me, the office space and equipment clean for the next client.

-Any client that is noticeably intoxicated, smelling of or under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, will not be allowed to receive their session and will be charged FULL PRICE for the session.

-Any client acting inappropriately in any unacceptable manor will not be allowed to receive their session, will have their session ended immediately and will be charged FULL PRICE for the session, without the option to reschedule.
